Recent changes to the annual influenza immunisation programme have made vaccination more accessible to those at greater risk of complications from the disease. The Ministry of Health has extended the annual influenza programme until the end of December from this year onwards. This means those eligible for free vaccinations, including newly pregnant women, over 65s and children with a history of respiratory illness, can get their flu vaccine for free until the end of the year

β β β β β Dr is "too busy" to read his MIMS sheet. Literally had no idea about the side affects of what he was prescribing. When I asked about specific side affects, I was told "I wasn't a qualified medical professional". So I pointed to listed side affects on his MIMS sheet, to which he replied "I'm really too busy to read all this". It's an A4 sheet of paper. Lazy and unprofessional. I've changed Dr's.

β β β β β very poor servicee. the nurse can not speak english properly. i made appointment to get covid test. i came ontime and wait outside. the doctor did not turn up. they closed the door and cancel the appointment. unprofessional and unkind. if i can get 0 star, i will give -100000000.

β β β β β My husband spoke to a doctor on the phone for about 3 min for 2 travel scripts. One for me and one for himself . Today I got told io needed to pay $90 for that phone call .... like what the actual???? $90 for 3 min ?? Insane I am beyond fuming and at a complete loss for words ?????

β β β β β Horrible experience here with the nurse and reception. Whenever i called to get an appointment for my one year old baby as he was having fever the reception guy always tell us to go to after hours centre coz they been booked already for coming 3 or 4 days. How can i wait to get my baby wait for 3 days when he is sick???

β β β β β This was second time I met the nusrse here ( chinese nurse) for women's test. It was TERRIBLE time to meet her. No introduce me first and shouted to my face once I did not understand what she said. It seems ask me how long you stay at Nz why you did not understand what I said???? This is BAD service. My family will change to another GP. Iwould like ti share to avoid regirst this GP.

β β β β β It was Bad and Terrible services for our family. Chinese nurse were so bad. She was not good in speaking but she suppose she was good one. So, her attitude was bad to guets. In fact, it NO star for service. Please consider before you use their service

β β β β β A very family orientated medical centre who have been there for my family. Drβs have been great, nurse Janice has been great and so have the receptionists. Very efficient, and when testing and trying times have come along, they have been nothing but amazing. Thank you team and keep doing what you are all doing!
