About Dinsdale Medical Centre
Bella is a Physician Associate (PA-C) who has recently moved here with her family from California, USA. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Medical Science. She obtained her Physician Associate degree from Stanford University. She is nationally certified (the "C" in PA-C) through the NCCPA in the United States.
Bella has been a Physician Associate for over 13 years. She has worked in family practice, geriatrics, gynaecologic oncology and most recently in spine surgery.

β β β β β My Doctor - Gordon Tam is a fantastic GP, very easy to talk to and very helpful. He listens and goes that extra mile and always follows up and checks in to see how things with my health are going. My only issue with this clinic is trying to get hold of them over the phone, when I call to make or change an appointment I get put in hold for ever, then after waiting they just disconnect the call, I then call back and the same thing happens, sometimes itβs 3 or 4 phone calls till I actually get through so up to an hour of calling, waiting, and calling back. Reception is always friendly when Iβm in the clinic and payment and rebooking isnβt an issue, they are also very helpful with repeat scripts and faxing them over, I just hope the can just sort out there phone system!

β β β β β Last Friday, I became a new patient at this medical centre, and it was a very nice experience. The receptionists were lovely, and the doctor I saw, Doctor Gordon Tam, was very nice and welcoming. Despite being an older building, I found the medical centre, comfortable and family orientated. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

β β β β β Rude rude rude service. The receptionists and doctors are very rude showing no empathy to the patients. Such a terrible medical centre. The only two people I should remove the list is the nurse and Dr. Bella - they are really kind and professional. It would be so nasty if I say anything more about others and I don't want to show their culture on my writing. Hate you all.

β β β β β Dr. Bella is the only reason I'm still with this medical centre. Otherwise I would have gone to somewhere else long before ?. Dr. Bella is an amazing doctor in every aspects, especially the way she listens to the patient's concerns. In addition, her disgnose and treatment deserves a great appreciation. Please don't ask me about others in the medical centre, I would cry ?. Atleast they start learning how to be a good staff after reading this review, especially the head doctor (I don't wanna say his name). If this review was only for Dr. Bella I would have given 5 stars but as it is for the whole medical centre I'm giving 1 star as there is no option to rate for .5 star ?.

β β β β β when I see my doctor itβs like he wants me gone within the minute I get there (or the minute we start our call) and he doesnβt even help. the solution to every problem - not that he finds the problem, is medication. This is not everyone there by any means only one in specific but as a highlight the other Dr there Dr Bella is so caring and empathetic, exactly what u need when your not well. Allways does her best to help you - goes above and beyond. The nurses are also lovely and very helpful.

β β β β β I took my 10 year old daughter in today for her covid vaccine. Despite having a booking we had not been seen 20 mins after our booking time. I asked the receptionist about this and was told βIβm not sure, the nurse must be taking callsβ. It was then another 10 mins before we went in.
The same receptionist wasnβt particularly friendly; almost every comment to other staff members sounded like excuses β¦ much the same as those I received from her. I got the impression $$ is more important than customer experience.
Nurse was really nice and so was the other receptionist, who checked my daughter was ok after the 15 min wait after the jab.
I wouldnβt recommend this clinic - not very welcoming for those who are generally not feeling at their best when visiting.

β β β β β Cut my losses with this practice, quite hard to work with whether the reception or the manager. I understand covid and flu seasons are factors to being seen but to outright cancel appointments? Only reason they agreed to slide me in was to get me off the phone to then not even follow through with that appointment.
