★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at 1pm. Couldn’t find the clinic and then couldn’t find where to enter the clinic and I drove around for 15mins hoping my baby wouldn’t wake and start crying. I called my plunket nurse 3 times, left a message and sent a text message; I got no answer or reply. I then tried calling the clinic and no one picked up. I’m super disappointed as it’s not easy with a young baby as a first time mum.
