β β β β β I took my car Lexus NX 300 (brand new) after a long trip and opted for super wash. They did a very good wash and polishing of exterior and interior and I am happy with their work.

β β β β β Wasn't expecting a lot after experiencing other mall carwashes but was surprised. Car looked stunning after. Went with the $114 on the 4x4.
Will return if thats the level we can expect..

β β β β β I have used this service a couple of times and today's service was enough for me to write this.
I have 2 cars - one little suzuki early model and then a sante fe....
They refuse not twice but three times to clean the suzuki because they are busy - understandable - but as soon as I book online for the service - they have no choice but to clean it. HINT: they prefer to clean luxury cars
2nd - take the sante fe in today for a clean - given it wasnt even dirty - but i had taken it for a long drive to the beach - so sand in the car and some surface dirt - not a lot. They asked for 2 hours to clean the car (i booked for a 3pm service) to which i responded - last week you asked for 2 hours and when i came it wasnt ready - so i offered 3 hours to which they said yes please. i return after receiving urgent messages from them to pick up car because they are closed at 1740 (given that i was told to come back at 6pm). The car has a dent and has not been cleaned properly with visible marks on the leather work - the front window has streak marks - there is dripping water from the door frames.
HINT: check the car with them before paying
Glad my son has come home from his holiday - as i would rather pay him $100 for a job well done Vs supporting a local business with no accountability.
Only use this service if you are prepared to be let down.

β β β β β I took my car into be hand washed yesterday. It had a lot of built up dirt from being outside for months. It looks absolutely amazing all around the windows and door handles are sparkling. Iβm so thrilled it looks great

β β β β β Reading others my experience wasn't quite as bad....but for a full detail service I wasn't expecting to have to tidy up things myself.
Half of the windscreen hadn't been completed, the rear gate area was still dusty, the struts needed cleaning, area around the gear change was dusty, some bugs remained on the grille and bonnet, windows were still grimy along the top.
So I won't use them again. As others have said I could have done better myself at washworld for $40

β β β β β Honestly not worth the money. We paid for a package that was supposedly the best ($105). The guy didn't do a proper clean at all. Cob webs still on the car window. I honestly could have done this myself for $2.00

β β β β β we came after a road trip and the car was a mess. The guy said 45 minutes to wash, that was perfect as I wasn't planning to stay longer.
They did a good job, for $65 it was worth it than doing it myself. The Russian guy there did a good job, the car was clean and dry.

β β β β β DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went there on Saturday 03/07 11am and paid $180 for a full premium service. Wash outside, vacuum inside and wash the seats. I couldnβt see the results because the car wash was dark but once got home my car was still dirty. It was $180 thrown in the rubbish. Feel robed.
They quickly and poorly washed outside and left the carpets soaking wet inside the car. I spent 2 days with a dehumidifier trying to get my car dry inside.
The door bars were dirty and interior was also left dirty.
They texted me asking for feedback. I gave 1/5 and they said they would call me. Never heard from them.
A joke of a service.
