★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruby Housing has managed property for me over the past eight years.
I have found them very professional, great communicators and especially good at liaising with tenants.
They have always chosen great tenants.
The updated quarterly property inspection system they implemented a few years ago is a cracker. This includes taking a squillion photos of the property, helps to keep things on track for the tenants and keeps me honest, advising of any maintenance or updates that need doing.
My relationship with Ruby Housing is definitely win-win..
