Can't say enough great things about him. The rugs are high quality and a reasonable price. Rugs Direct has a great selection but again, Anmol made the experience great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give no stars if I could - horrible service when trying to return. The owner yelled down the phone, was rude and abrasive. I purchased a standard size non slip underlay for under a rug I had purchased from them, it was unopened from the courier delivery and they would not return it, said it had been too long, even when we had had a 3 1/2 week lockdown in between purchase and return - without the lockdown it would have been less than 2 weeks after it had been delivered.
It was one of the rudest phone conversations i've ever experienced, absolutly no customer service or any understanding - was very surprised.
I will never purchase from them again
Thanks for your reply Rugs Direct, although it does seem like a contradiction - you say we want to resolve this matter but then go on and say you won't.
I am not going to go at it with you over the internet - , My rug grip came on 1 August, so please do not lie to somehow shine you as a model retailer. You informed me on the phone of your thoughts, in your words "I don't care if you don't shop here again, and tell whoever you want".
I am telling others of my experience, as you encouraged me to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys at rugs direct were friendly, patient and very helpful. The rug we picked feels like it is great quality and certainly value for money and even nicer in reality. It came with a non folding backing as well which means no extra cost. Can't wait to show it off in our home. we looked for a while for the rug we chose and so happy we found it at Rugs Direct for a great price. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE AWARE!! Don't buy online it's not free shipping and read the policy before you think to buy online. They deduct money saying shipping cost However in an invoice and when you pay online no conditions of policy were stated. They will make you buy another rug saying for free shipping plus you need to pay extra to return item through shipping. Well done for misleading customers.
I ordered online for $69 which was on clearance and advertised picture was dark green. However actual color was too dull. I ordered on 11th of Nov and their website say free shipping on orders. But today when staff offered refund through email she said that they will deduct $15 for shipping cost. I will be getting $54 Dollars back in refund. Please be aware don't buy online like I did. They had some hidden charges even through if you return it on your cost through delivery so it means you are paying double amount instead for both ways just to get refund or an exchange. Thank you now I got stuck with it and will put away in garage instead of living area where I had bright green colored runner rug.
