โ โ โ โ โ I bought a beautiful carpet last week on-line on the sale. The process was simple, the shipping to Nelson was very efficient and all communication from House of Haghi was excellent. My carpet is already in place in my dining room and I am delighted.

โ โ โ โ โ I wandered in not intending on buying a rug but it was love at first sight with a stunningly gorgeous silk hand knotted rug which was like nothing I've ever seen before. Marie was super helpful, told me all about it and kept in touch. I'm so pleased she gave me all the nudges I needed to invest and am thrilled with my purchase. A lovely friendly place to shop or browse, with no pressure but lots of information, help and encouragement - and absolutely beautiful heirloom rugs.

Remarkable was the marsterful warmth in store, and continuing professionalism and attention to detail with the onsite installation. Thankyou Zara and Mr Haghi.

โ โ โ โ โ The well-organised website meant that we arrived at House of Haghi with a short list of the large rugs we thought might suit our needs. Arriving there (parking onsite is good) we found everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. Zara was able to identify where the rugs were and we were shown them along with others in the pile so we chose a couple more. We were able to see these (5) rugs at home - Zara came with 2 helpers and again we had them laid out to see and compare. Zara was very helpful with some comments about the style of the 2 we were trying to choose between. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and at no time put any pressure on us. What could have been stressful was in fact a very comfortable process. We are very happy with our choice and look forward to many years of joy with our new rug.

All our furniture rearranging was done by the House of Haghi team. Marie's extensive product knowledge guided us through the process, and we are over the moon with the end result!
