★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheapest car rental by far. While the other car rental places charge us anything between $450-1200 for 4 days, the hatchback from here was less than $300. Yes, it's nothing luxurious, but it was functional and petrol-efficient.
I think they were a bit understaffed when we went but they obviously tried their best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stove wasn't working I have to hold the knob until water boils, steering wasn't straight and every time I break whole car was shaking, all around the curtains was not closing properly, the guy said mandatory to have chain and paid extra $40 that we did not even use it. Car heating system either stays too hot or cold, nothing in between. I got sick during my trip unfortunately nothing was pleasure to share with this trip..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at the Christchurch airport branch was amazing! The two guys working there made us feel comfortable and gave some great advice about where we can go on our trip. If this is how all of your branches operate, I'd recommend Jucy to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff, pick up from the airport to get our camper with a good little rundown of what to do and how to use the features. Found loose change and chargers when we were on our trip though. It was clean but didn't expect to find things from other campers. Over all a good experience.

I highly recommend.
Got the campervan with 3/4 tank, so you better check that before you leave the branch when you pick up the campervan...
Campervan was a bit old and broken but on the whole, great experience with JUCY.
Shuttle guy was super nice to take me to the terminal an hour early before he actually starts.
Will definitely try them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The van was well equipped with all I needed. My nights were warm with lovely blankets and the thick blinds which also kept us nice and private. The van was easy to drive and had a superb heater. A handy little fridge with a gas cooker to make our 5 star meals. I absolutely loved my Jucy Camper Ban ?

I struggle with this review, like I struggle with bran flakes.
Bran is good value, does the job, and the roughage is expected.
However, you don't really want bran flakes in a car rental.
Phone lines didn't work, so we had to call the Auckland office for the shuttle pick up. Then almost an hour to get the car. Then the car was covered in small, but very noticeable damage that hadn't been listed. Car drove fine, but little niggles...unexpected in a rental.
Drop off was better, driver was prompt and friendly and left me feeling happy. Like my insides after a bowl of bran.
So, in summary, I'd prefer to by a nicer brand of cereal...sometimes paying that bit more does equate to a quality experience.
