★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop was smaller than I expected given all the adds for caravan equipment. We had hoped to get suggestions about solar for our caravan but the staff made us feel unwelcome so we left without as much as a hello or goodbye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy..wont replace a faulty part..said to go to supplier Dometic..found out they dont deal with the public!! 3 emails sent to UK caravans but no reply, very rude. Will not deal with them again after 10 years as a customer. Left $190 out of pocket...so disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went very excited to buy spare parts for my beloved caravan as I'm English too. I was treated terribly and when I asked questions about the awnings and curtains, the staff member replied to me like I was an idiot and couldn't possibly have a UK awning. There was 3 staff behind the counter that made it very obvious they didn't want to serve my husband and I. I am so embarrassed I will never go back. As a proud English woman, I was shamed by their English customer service. I have won awards in customer excellence and could never treat someone that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a tire blow out on our Avondale Eagle, it took out all the gas lines and power lines, the job the team did is amazing!.
Very friendly easy to deal with and clearly take pride in their work.
Would not go anywhere else ?
