★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel. Has a great Art theme all around it with attention to detail.
Upon arrival very welcoming friendly young lady on reaction. All the staff actually were super friendly and genuinely chatty taking an interest in the customer.
Rooftop bar a definite must do as well.
Rooms are awesome with a high end finish.
Liked the coffee machine, bath robes and the bed is extremely comfortable.
One of the best hotels i have stayed in for quite a time. Definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel but the rooftop bar was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays which were the nights I stayed. My view was horrible but my work mates got beautiful views from their rooms. Just luck of the draw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pink Lady Roof top bar experience, great views. $20 cocktaiks if you can afford it, staff looked after us. Tasty food, Limited seating so need to book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The towels were damp when I got here. The next day the room service put a wet bath mat on top of the towel on the towel rail!
The TV remote doesn't work! Yes I've turned the Tv on and off again!
This is besides the cold broken air cond!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to say this stay at muse was not great. (Side note: we stayed here before and it was lovely hence our return). Upon arrival it was evident the staff member (not in uniform) who jumped on didn’t know what he was doing and another had to come help eventually. After checking in and getting our stuff upstairs I found the room feeling different despite being the exact room we stayed in previously. I noticed it was because nothing was restocked and it appeared to be very rush tidied. One of the toilet rolls was half used and the other had two squares left both hanging off. The soaps were almost all empty bar the conditioner that appeared unused. There was long hair both on the face cloth and my pillow.
I feel that for the cost of a room here this was not good enough given I had stayed at 7 other hotels these last 10 days and they were all cheaper and to a higher standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely artsy hotel to stay at. Check in and out was nice and fast. Our room had a nice view looking over the city. The room had a nice aesthetic and style.
A couple of little things that stopped this from getting 5 stars:
- we tried but couldn't turn the air conditioning off. Even turning it on heat mode didn't seem to do much. I'd like to turn it off completely.
- the carpets in the hallway and on the walls of the elevators is a nice soft pink color, but that colour stains easily so looks quite dirty
Overall a nice place to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 4 days in a disabled room. The room was OK but not great with the following issues :-
Air Conditioning could not be turned off.(we raised this matter with the staff but apparently it is a design feature, unheard-of in many years of hotel stays)
Keys expired after two days of a four day stay.
Bed did not have mattress protector.
Rubbish tin in bathroom not emptied.
No spare toilet paper.
Wardrobe not designed for ease of access from a wheelchair.
Block out curtains cannot be closed properly.
Pillow choices are thick or thick.
Could not access rooftop bar in a wheelchair !!
