★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a fringe cut, was seated with cape on then proceded to wait while the woman went to chat to her friend outside for 10 minutes. Waited and still no fringe cut, got up to leave and she didn't even apologise for keeping me waiting. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
