★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great length walk for the kids. Stunning views over akaroa and surrounding hills. Can get windy up there but on a still day it's simply beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat wee walk uphill to the summit. It took about an hour with our 6 year old. The drive up is pretty long and narrow ish so just be mindful of traffic. Views are great up the top. Track is exposed so can get windy/hot so bring appropriate clothing. There is a small carpark to the right of the track where you can park and the track starts at the DOC sign
