★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend, worst experience and the lady that did my brazillian was complaining about a client who she waxed earlier in the day and went into details which shouldn't even be shared with other clients which was very uncomfortable. Not my usual brazillian place but thought I'd try it because I read the reviews & it's closer to home then my usual place. I felt judged waiting 4 weeks to get a touch up & she also proceeds to show me the wax saying 'Look at this, it's been longer than 4 weeks' which was not only unprofessional but I've never experienced this.
We're paying for this service so I did not see what was with all the extra remarks?
When it was time to pay, I was charged $15 extra to the displayed price which is false advertisement because it did not state 'From ....' but a set price.
Proceed with precaution is what I would advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first started coming here I use to only get charged $7 for my eyebrows and the lady always did a good job. Now I get charged $10 for my eyebrows done by a different lady and she does a very bad job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to Allure in Ormiston but I tried the Botany one today. I am so disappointed. I had threading and waxing on my eyebrows and a full leg wax. The eyebrows are completely uneven and there is still so much patchiness on my legs. The lady who serviced me was very nice but unfortunately, what I got was nowhere near worth what I paid for.
I will not return to Allure Botany, I'll just stick with the Ormiston branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience getting a brazilian, the beautician I saw was Yogita and she did an amazing job and was very calm and gentle as she also knew it was my first experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to getting their first brazilian, eyebrow threading was also really nice. Will definetly be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since my first experience here at Allure Botany, I have had nothing but great and friendly service!! I usually only get eyebrow and lip threading but today I also went for a full facial with microdermabrasion (which was recommended during facial) and a 30min hot stone massage!! All for under $180 total so great value for money. I am thrilled with the result :) I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the therapist but she was amazing! Thank you for making my face extra soft, I haven't stopped touching my nose since my treatment haha. Highly recommend this place!
