★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely disappointed in my experience with salon furniture. Particularly, I ordered 7 hairdressing chairs, which were described as “quality” in the listing. All of the chairs have issues - dodgy hydraulics, loose chesterfield type domes not fixed to the framework of the chairs, & exposed/visible foam that the vinyl doesn’t cover whenever clients sit down - the start
stop point of the vinyl doesn’t reach or overlap.
When I first contacted salon furniture the sales person asked for photos & video, which I happily provided. At this point she agreed that “doesn’t look good”. I was asked to store the boxes & open my new salon using the poor quality chairs. I agreed because I wanted to work with them to get this sorted, & she asked for time to discuss with the manufacturer.
I tried to explain that I had purchased the chairs from salon furniture, not from the manufacturer, but I got no help other than suggestions that I apply oil to the hydraulics, bang the loose domes in with a hammer, & they could order some vinyl patches from the Chinese manufacturer that I could apply myself (god knows how) to cover the exposed foam.
Via many emails back & forth since, I was told that the chinese manufacturer deemed them “fit for purpose”...frankly I could sit my clients on a toilet to do their service, because it functions as a chair. That doesn’t make it quality, nor does it make it right.
I was also told that they are not faulty and just need a few “adjustments “. Apparently can’t return them because they were clearance items, and salon furniture say they were clearance purely to make room for new lines. I actually loved these chairs & thought it was a bonus they were on clearance - they were down from around $480 per chair, to $309. Still expensive given the poor quality.
Horribly disappointed & would never purchase another item from this company again. Buyer beware of online shopping - no returns, no refunds, & no protection when you get poor quality items.

Product: Top quality product that was easy to put together. Made of superior materials.
Price: Excellent value for money.
Delivery: Fast delivery with minimal turn around time from payment. Chair arrived and was delivered undamaged and with care.
Overall a fantastic purchasing experience. This is how business is supposed to be conducted!!

The beds are fantastic, they look amazing, and work so well - really good quality. I highly recommend Salon Furniture and look forward to purchasing with them again in the future

The beds themselves my husband and his colleague are stoked with them they said they are great quality and are really happy with their purchases.
We would definitely use these guys again and would highly recommend
great service and great products!!
