★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good looking place, the view is amazing.
I wish the staff let people know if you wish to grab any drinks before or while waiting for the outdoor spa, We lost around 10 minutes between they showed us “around” and we got changed and finally got a drink to take with us ( and we arrived earlier ) There’s also no private showers or private changing room if you wish to leave the place ready to go somewhere else, just a bit disappointed, specially with the amount of money you spend.

It is overpriced as you would imagine (a spa in a fancy hotel), not to talk about the food they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to relax and unwind, away from the huste and bustle of Queenstown amidst picturesque natural surrounding. Amazing hot pools, massage and food. Delicious goat curry with mild spice, very different from regular indian restaurant food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited to go to Nugget Point and enjoy time in the private spa. However, the facilities are not as great as they seem online. The spa is filthy and not maintained at all, incredibly unhygienic. We left after 20 mins as when we turned the jets off to get a photo we noticed dead skin and god knows what else floating around the spa pool and building up on the sides. Alongside this there is no where to get changed privately for spa guests, only open shared spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the spa itself was quite nice, the staffing was really average. It appeared there was one person running both the hotel and the spa experience and she running around behind schedule. Changing room small and there was no shower to wash afterward. Id say a $50 experience that cost $109.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good view, nice and clean environment. Very friendly staff. Available for day use (sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold pools) for $40 per person.
However health and safety around pool area needs to be improved by adding anti slip mats, as we saw 2 people including a kid slip on wet slippery floor.
