★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awesome experience. My friend and I went first thing in the morning and this was such an amazing way to start the day. So relaxing and the views were just stunning with the beautiful fall colours. Loved the complimentary glass of bubbles and chocolates. Very nice service from the girls at the front desk, we forgot a bag for our wet swimsuits and they nicely gave us one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came here for the second time yesterday as every time my family and I come to queenstown, the onsen pools are a must visit location. the views, first of all are so beautiful and unique with the contributing factors of their wonderful warm pools. the whole experience is then further improved with their choices of snacks and drinks. the whole atmosphere of the pools were obviously designed with thought and were ultimately so calming and relaxing. all in all, I’ll definitely be back again and recommend this place to all those who want to find a calm and positive location after a long and busy year. :)) ❣️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Queenstown must! Amazing experience and the views are incredible. Shuttle service is really handy for pick up and drop off. The outdoor pool experience was great, and 1h is a perfect time to spend in the tub. Facilities were really clean and tidy. Spacious change rooms and showers available with soaps, hair driers etc with no extra cost. Will definitely be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful time at Onsen. Been wanting to go for years and finally made it. We did the outdoor pool as it was a nice day. Temperature was perfect and view was amazing. Snacks and drinks were good but would be great if you could get more ? I think if I come again I'll look at doing the spa package to feel super duper relaxed. Would also be amazing to come back in Winter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute gem of an experience! Wife and I had a wonderful time soaking in the pool while surrounded by nature with a view of the canyon and stream. Staffs were friendly and helpful, compliment snacks and drinks are just enough to make this more enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the spa, we got a massage and time in the hot tub and it's absolutely perfect for winter being in the warm tub. You get a lot of privacy at these tubs too with an amazing view either day or night. We've been a few times throughout the years we've been in Queenstown. Highly recommend.
You'll get served chocolate and a choice of drink - bubbles makes the most sense for the tub!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A world class experience. It is obvious why Onsen have won so many awards. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a calm and ambient waiting area, with views of the valley. Staff are extremely professional and add to the calming experience. The pools themselves are nice: complimentary drinks/ice cream is a nice touch. The pools are constantly being refilled with fresh water so you don’t have to worry about bathing in someone else’s water. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.
