β β β β β Waited over 1 hour 15min for food to arrive.
Butter chicken was not what we expected. Pina coladas had no pineapple and were 80% coconut cream which we didn't finish. For $90 would not recommend anyone going there.

β β β β β We were hoping for a great meal but sadly the curries we had were watery. The naan had shiny hard bits on them which we had to pick off , the beef was fatty and most of the meal for 4 was left uneaten. We eat Sangam outside of Whitianga and this was our second Sangam meal that was thrown out quickly.

β β β β β Wow! What a turn around... Had avoided the place for years as had walked out many years ago after waiting for service. Pleased to say after a dine in for six adults last Saturday it was fantastic. Fast friendly service, authentic Indian meals. Absolutely brilliant night out. Will be back.

β β β β β Drove from corromandel to sangam for 1 hr. Nan bread were half cook and all the curry runny like water and taste like sugar syrup. Quality and quatity was not there, Vegetable not cooked, Feel like waste of money what I had paid for 8 people food. ?

β β β β β Loved the look of the menu and was not disappointed at all. We loved the vegetarian mixed entree, then adored the goat curry and lamb saagwala.

β β β β β Lovely service from a young man, was very polite and helped us when we asked questions. The food however didn't meet my expectations. I have had amazing butter chicken from Sangam before, but this one was watery, tasteless and not as good as I remember having it last year. It used to be my favourite place for butter chicken, but now the recipes have changed and aren't as delicious as they used to be. Props to the chefs and service, I know the staff all work hard.
