★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a 1st time home buyer. I used Saunders Solicitors and the legal practitioner that assisted me was Charlotte Grimshaw. Charlotte appear very competent. Her communication skill was spot-on. She was very efficient and friendly. Charlotte made sure that I understood the laws of buying a property. Charlotte ensured also that I understood the LIM / Building Report. She interpreted the LIM and made it so simple for me to understand. She encouraged me to ask questions. She maintained an excellent customer client relationship. I would recommend Saunders Solicitors and Charlotte in particular. I am indeed a very satisfied customer and will use her services again in the future. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charlotte and Buvanis helped us firstly with the sale of our property and then later with the purchase of a new one. They were always very good at communicating with us and both processes went very smoothly so very happy with their professionalism and the fees were very reasonable.
In addition to that they are both wonderful young woman who show a genuine interest in you not just as a client. So would recommend them to anyone needing legal services.
