โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst service I have ever had from a bank. I am trying to draw my money out to purchase a business that was booked 3 days ago and this wasn't done, they then when I chased them up tried to penalise with a $1300 fee for closing a TD early which had been quoted a few days earlier at several hundred. They have now not got back to me it is 2:30 and they close at 3:00

โ โ โ โ โ Initial contact with Pauline a seemingly treasured member of SBS well you would think so but with the way Pauline expressed get current discontent within the changes going on around her left her feeling disgruntled and boo looney happy in her employment was unprofessional and made me cease any further connections with your bank, but surety being majorly put off by Pauline after trying to speak to management constantly over a sensitive and delicate home matter I/ we have given up.
Also Raewyn I'm coming after you how dare you provide loans to an elder against their house on a 12 years contract KNOWING she only had 4 months to live you called her a friend.
You're a treacherous money grubbing scab of a human.
Also people 2 to be exact have left after John because NOBODY agrees with your ethics or lack of.
Thank you to Co-operative bank we secured our home.
