★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sea lions were adorable and the views spectacular. Highly recommend stopping here and exploring around some. The sea lions seemed friendly enough. Don't recommend trying to let them though

This is a must if you are visiting New Zealand and you are on the North Island, Cape Palliser is the place to see, with the beautiful Light House, 248 steps to climb to the top, the little gift shops, see the tractors which push out the fishing boats every morning and the Sea lion view point was AMAZING!!!! Get close and personal with these amazing creatures!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sealion View Point is one of those magical places off the beaten track that’s worth the time to travel down those windy road to get to. Also once you have done the Sealion View Point only 2 minutes more down the road is another magical place to stop at Cape Palliser Light house. Very magical place!! Just Wow ?!!!! The view is amazing once up get to the top!
