I ordered bubble tea and she gave it to me without closing the lid properly and it fell all over my white tee shirt and left a stain. When I complained she didn’t even apologised to me. I was a regular to this place but never going again.

The porirua staff member replied with "I know" when I mentioned that maybe the staff need to clean the likes if the top of the cake fridge, security cameras and fire sprinklers which all seem to have a decent layer of dust. . . Especially the sprinklers and cameras which are over the main food prep and servery areas
