It was lukewarm. I asked why it wasn’t cold and the sales person just “I put ice so it gets cold”
They also ran out of pearls
Very disappointing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son here for a treat but unfortunately it was terrible. He had a soft serve & it tasted like the milk powder they used had expired. It tasted like rotten milk. Super unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here last on the 25th of September. I got a mini hotdog which appeared to have old milk spilt on the bun?? So the first bite I took was a mouth full of rotten milk!!! When I asked to speak to the manager i was apparently all ready speaking to her from which I got no apology and she tried to tell me the rotten substance was mustard, yeah right. Before I even paid I asked if it was fresh. Which it clearly was not as I watched it all go through the microwave. So gross, you’ll be lucky if I don’t call in quality control after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop offers "Hot and Cold Bubble Tea" with different favours to choose from . I ordered a Coffee Hot Bubbles Tea but instead I got a room temperature tea without coffee favour. The bubbles are too too hard.
