β β β β β Great location to relax and view all the boats and port, have a few beers or wines, have a delightful meal. Experience this is awesome, the food choices extensive and the services impeccable well worth a visit or two.

β β β β β Shed 2 comes across as a little confused, as they have an Asian and seperate kiwi pub-n-grub menu. Stick to the Asian menu.... We had the sharing platter, of which the gyoza and chicken karaage were good... the rest was a little generic. In hindsight I probably would be more specific about what to order... (side note, the bao buns looked good, our neighboring table ordered them). As with all of the establishments on Ahuriri's restaurant row, it is best to sit outside in the sun.

β β β β β We could see why this is an award winning restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious and we ordered 6 different meals and none of them disappointed. Our waitress Bree was an absolute gem offering her advice
on good recommendations , sadly the only reason why we did not give this restaurant 5 stars was the poor service received from Yasmin when we entered the restaurant she handed us menu's and said we can sit wherever we wanted ( what you expect from fast food places and this restaurantis certainlynot), she seated various other clients to their tables, she also served us someof the food and was not the least bit friendly throughout in comparison to the other 2 waitresses that served us.whom were superb.
I hope this review reaches the management of this lovely restaurant
"I would like to change my review from 3 stars to 1 star following the response as received from the Owner Dennis. I would like to correct Dennis as the restaurant was not busy when we walked in probably 50% occupancy or less when we walked at approx 18:30, I work in an industry that has probably been hardest hit by the Covid pandemic and struggling with major resources shortage however we do not make excuses (like Dennis in his response) but rather own it and still drive to obtain customer satisfaction. I would advise patrons to rather visit The Gintrap a few metres away, service, vibe and food is far better than Shed 2"

β β β β β If you're prepared to wait for an hour for food because the kitchen is understaffed, don't. 1 out of the 5 small plates were ok in taste. The rest bland or raw. The 2 young front of house girls were doing their absolute best however the lack of training was very obvious, I felt sorry for them. It's such a shame as it's a beautiful location and was recommended to me by a local, so it was very disappointing. I didn't have to pay for 2 of my plates as we wouldn't even eat them. Won't be going back unfortunately.

β β β β β Was really disappointed. We had a booking yesterday and after 20min of receiving water still had not been served or seen by a staff member. We decided to walkout. Would recommend that they look at the quality of service. As the food looked delicious.

β β β β β Food and service great. Mask wearing with staff was disappointing - lots of noses out or masks missing altogether. Shout out to big bearded beer brewer/drinker/server guy, what an asset to the place - super friendly. Try a local brew, you will love it!

β β β β β This is a great spot to sit for a couple of drinks, with a great view of the marina. The wine selection is comprehensive. While the Lucy Liu menu promise a range of delights what shows up on the plate looks great but is closer to pub quality than asian fusion restaurant.
