So I came to store and ask to change another same one, they said no stock and let me add 140 dollars to change a different product or change other cheaper one but I can not get the rest of money. In the end, they told me to go over 20km away to another subbranch to change a different product. It is a quality problem of your product, isn't it? Why I can not get the refund or change some different product for free if you have no stock? I would not break the string on purpose and then ask you to change the same product. It is your fault, not mine. I really felt disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place when 70%discount was promoted. The price of duvet covers were $400 to $600 plus the discount of 60 to 70% offered on the highly inflated prices. normal price Seriously guys.. $600 for duvet covers. Are your duvet covers made of gold?
Dispite the discount the prices were dearer than farmers prices on 30 or 40 % sale.
Their sales are big ripoff.
