Bought a vape during level 4 lockdown which arrived out of working order. Rang store in level 3 and was told to bring it in and they'd sort it. I arrived and was greeted by a female worker whom refused to help me. When I inquired about the male worker I'd spoken to on the phone she said he was on a break. I told her I'd like a vape that reaches at least 80w and asked what they had available instore. There were no customers at that time yet she told me to have a look on their website instead of assisting me. At this stage I became frustrated and decided to wait for her colleague to return, a 45min wait I might add. I rang the 0800 number and informed them of my dilemma with my vape and that my local store was refusing to help. At 2pm the male worker returned and replaced one of my batteries as it was a dud. I'd asked the female staff member if I could purchase a new one and she told me they were out and couldn't order any until we went into level 2. The male worker had me sorted in less than 5min. Was absolutely furious at the laziness of this worker and lack of customer service support. I can't for the life of me understand why someone who clearly has no people skills or desire to help/ interact with customers would be in that job!

Worst vape store in West Auckland, bible. A female employee I had spoke to over the phone hung up on me after I had inquired about wether Shosha sells relx pods. As a first time vape buyer I genuinely wouldn’t know ? so I at least would’ve wanted a more sincere answer or some further help. Their employees must have lied on their CV’s because they don’t know what customer service is. They look miserable, act stuck up & are so LAZY. I’m surprised they’re still employed. Not to mention when my brother ordered $50 worth of vape juices in level 4 lockdown just to not get them at all the frauds lol. Even the staff at the Newmarket store said this store in isn’t good at all. Waste of time & waste of money.

Worst customer experience ever had. Bought a vape and gave 3 months warranty as well. When I opened it was not working. Came back to shop for change product. But counter lady was saying I can’t change or get refund as it is opened. How come we checked product without open packing. Selling bad product. Share fault information and bad customer experience.

Don't bother with this one. Terribly rude and stuck-up workers, on their phone in store and correcting me a lot for calling it a bong. Its a bong, not a waterpipe for gods sake. If it's that much of a problem that I'm calling it that, just keep calling it a waterpipe yourself and don't acknowledge what I call it. If you have to call it glassware or a waterpipe online, sure. Don't get snappy with your literal customers over it.

I see after reading the reviews for this store. It is common for the female employee to be terribly rude. Went into the store to purchase vape juice. My daughter was asked for identification, I explained that she is my child and is not buying anything. She rudely demand to my child to get out ofthe store.. and told me next time I'll have to bring I'd also. I left the store without purchasing. As this awful woman was being rude to another customer. He had bought a vape only an hour earlier and she was telling him "not my fault you don't know what you're doing. This woman is a disgrace to customer service

I don't vape, but needed 18650 batteries for another device. The three stars are for the store being open late and actually having 18650 batteries. The customer service though was less than average. Eye contact is not their strong suit.

I don't usually leave reviews. I shop at New Lynn Shosha semi-regularly and would say the customer service is usually average, nothing amazing but I've had no real issues. But last night when I went to buy a new vape there was a male staff member working who helped me choose one, I didn't get his name unfortunately, but I have to say that was some of the best customer service I've had anywhere! Friendly and extremely helpful! Buying vapes is hard, I didn't know much about all the difference kinds and have had so many issues with different ones I've bought over the years. So thank you very much for your help!
