Every thing in the shop was set out wonderfully and for an over 60s granny like me -I thought it was a very cool experience !

He was so kind and helpful and genuinely willing to help and inform me of flavours /benefits ..mixes and "got me too try some "
There are plenty of samples too try guys !

( didnt find the help at another store in New Lynn across the road-infact i was sold a rip up the throat product)

Went in there today expecting them to say no we can't help you cause it's out of your warranty but the guy was so helpful and willing to fix it right there and then
blow my mind with his customer service at the end of everything I Walk out there with a new head and a few coils for free
Thank you guys so much for the fix truly appreciate your help and time

β β β β β I live in Mt Roskill and there's a VAPO store closer at Onehunga,, but I prefer to go to VAPO New Lynn as they have much better customer service there. 5 star New Lynn // 1/2 (half) star Onehunga.....

β β β β β Iβm new to vapo and was hoping to buy one. Went to this shop and the guy sitting there was not helpful and nice at all. I asked a few questions, and he wasnβt patient to answer. He was with his mark on and kept looking at his leg when he was speaking. I told him that I couldnβt hear him at all as his voice was so low and his speech was mumble.
As a customer, I absolutely not happy to be treated this way.

Store - Good people at New Lynn.
Company - DO NOT trust them. They hide negative reviews for their products in their online store. I left a 1 star review for their coils, checked the next day only to see it had been hidden from public view. I've lost track of how many duds I've had in the past couple of months. My last two coils lasted less than 2 days. I've had coils which have lasted less than ONE day. I prime them and I don't chain-vape.
I will be reporting them for this.

β β β β β I bought a vape not a long ago and it developed charging issues wherein after full charge, the battery was draining very quickly.
Aidan assisted me with this issue and said that we checked but no issues in the charging.
Although there were charging issues in the vape.
Same day I called up to inform that the issue is still there and Aidan happily exchanged the faulty vape with the new one.
Well, the service I must say is awesome.
Will be buying more stuff from your store and you gained a customer for life.
