β β β β β Tried to book an appointment for my son and they only have access to appointments for the next 2 weeks and they are all full. When asked if I could call back next week and get an appointment she said she didn't know. Not helpful at all!!!

β β β β β I called the dental clinic first thing this morning as my 6 year old son was in a lot of pain last night with his molar. They saw me straight away as they had a cancellation. The woman on the phone was lovely to deal with and the dentist was so good with him. My son letting saying he wanted to go back he loved it so much.

β β β β β I am not sure what the ladies name is who took my call this morning at this clinic as she refused to give me her name but she is so extremely rude.
I am trying to book my kids in for their annual dental check up and she is telling me they can't be seen for another year! After asking to speak to someone else she hung up on me. The clinic is never open, they hardly answer the phone and when asked questions they contradict themselves.
