★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm happy with how my screen turned out but not happy with how they put my back cover on it comes half off with my case. Spent quite a bit of money for it too And they messed up the colour of my phone. Now I'm having to look for places that have the same screen if only could get a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Have waited almost 2 weeks having been told 5 times that the phone will be ready on specific dates and never was. Went back today to pick up phone and it was disabled. Then I got verbally abused from him. Absolutely disgusted. 100% do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really did not like the service of the guy who repaired my phone display he was rude and the quality of that display was also very bad like I can easily tell the difference the colour of that display was like really cheap all my apps colour were so different i told him but he got annoyed so I told him to put my broken display back in then please I will take somewhere else to fix it and he put my display back in but after that my phone Bluetooth, wifi, 4g stopped working. I don’t know only my phone screen was broken there was nothing wrong except the cracked screen but when he gave my phone those thing stoped working felt like he did that on purpose the Smart Mobile store from Burnett st. That is not the way how you treat your customers really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a new Samsung at Xmas. Called in and bought a cover$55 and glass for screen $25. Three months later air bubbles under glass. This problem has been developing for a month or more. Called in and was told only solution is to replace glass cover $25. No guarantees. I refused as it appears as if I want a glass cover it's going to cost $25 every three months. No sympathy and no real interest in the problem or a fix. Bought another cover with front flap from Hello Banana $18. Won't go back.
Your reply shows why you have got some bad reviews as you don't seem willing to try and understand the customer and deal with problems. I did not "ruin" the screen protector. Air bubbles developed under it over a month or so. Your staff couldn't/wouldn't explain why that happened and only wanted to sell me a new one. If the air bubbles were my fault I would like to understand why. If not then either the product is faulty or it was wrongly installed. No expert product knowledge or empathy from your staff nor, in your reply, from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy a phone charger and it turned out to be a bigger issue than I first thought. The man who I dealt with was excellent in customer service and assistance. When I returned as problem still occuring, he spent ages testing different chargers on my phone until the issue was resolved and I left with great service and product. Thank you very much.
