★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to see an historical dwelling available for people to visit. Do hope it can be financially supported to keep it upgraded and open. Well worth a visit. Did wonder why there were so many dead flies on the floor though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we told people we'd visited the Old Sod Cottage, they all said, 'We keep meaning to stop and have a look but we never do". We thought it was worth the 10mins we were there ? It's a lovely wee cottage; both inside and outside well maintained. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint and well cared for. This little Sod cottage is well sign posted on the busy highway near a bridge. It has a little garden and is a nice place to have a break. The interior is easy to see behind the grill and donations are accepted.
