★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the sales team was wonderful when we bought our bubble gum rug, but 5 year after, when we realised that the rug was fully loosing its colour, there were no support. Bubble gum rug was so beautiful when we bought it, but now looking awful. Photo shows rug discolouration, (now we can blame NZ sun, but this rug is inside the house and not in direct sun light.)

There were so many options to choose from but with Diana’s help I was able to select the perfect ones for my family home. Being able to take samples of rugs home on apro is a great system so you know you are 100% happy with your purchase. Diana was patient and professional with a great eye for style and colour. From the moment I first chatted to Diana, I got so excited because I knew she was going to help me which she most certainly did.
Diana gave me lots of options to take home on apro, a great service! Diana even came to our home too!
I know our rugs are going to be so beautiful thanks to Diana who spent so much time on getting them perfect for us.
