Very disappointed. I have been a long time customer of synergy chartwell at least eight years. Booked a day of annual leave and my daughter into daycare. Paid a $50 deposit and confirmed my appointment. Drove from out of town to have them phone and cancel my appointment while I was on the way already. No attempt to reschedule or sincere apology to a long term customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my haircut on the 4th and I didn't manage to catch the name of the girl who cut my hair but she was one of the loveliest hairdressers i've ever had. Loved the cut too, exactly what I asked for not too much, will be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR SERVICE. I forgot the name of the lady who did my hair but her customer service couldve been better had I not been a person of colour! Unprofessional and she charged me more than it was worth for something I could’ve gotten my baby sister to do.

Thankyou Laura so much for your outstanding work, your knowledge, your willingness to communicate and walk through each stage of your work with an anxious Grandmother and most of all your humility. Paerau is overjoyed with her new look as is her Whanau. You were and are a joy. Thankyou also to your co-worker! Arohanui x
