So i phoned the Chartwell branch and she was amazing, her name was Tracey, she got what i ordered out of the door from store from lvl2 branch the next morning and I received it 2 days later in lvl4. Exceptional customer service 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service by all three of the staff, they really went above and beyond to assist me in tracking down extra items to match in with an old bathroom set I had purchased a while back. Even though they’re now on clearance it still wasn’t a problem. So friendly and super helpful. So nice to see some old fashioned service, keep it up team!
