★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely HORRIFIC experience with un-knowledgeable staff! My sister went to this store to sign up for a new account and purchase new devices for a total of 3 phones. When they got back to our house one of the sims was faulty leaving my niece without a phone number working. Since the store was closed by the time we realised the sim didnt work, we had to phone spark online and were told we had to go back in to the store. This morning while my niece and nephew were at school my sister had to go back to Tauriko to the Crossing where another woman somehow disconnected my nephews phone number while he was at school and essentially did a sim swap to my nieces phone. She left thinking that the phone was working and then could not get a hold of my nephew to find out where he was because when she rang him it was ringing my nieces phone which she had. This meant my nephew was stranded in the rain with no way to contact anyone so we knew where to pick him up after a trip he went on and he had to walk home in the pouring rain unable to contact anyone so they knew where he was. Once we find him, we phone spark again and are told they cannot fix this situation and we would have to go BACK to Spark inside the Tauranga Crossing yet again (the 3rd time we've been inside this store since purchasing new phones and signing up for Spark service only yesterday). They are on their way back AGAIN right now to hopefully get this sorted. This store needs training. This is absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient for them to go through all of this. The lovely man on the phone issued them a $99 credit, which to be honest is absolutely ridiculous given the amount of issues they've caused. 3 months of service would have been a bit better and this should have never happened in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Spark shop at The Crossing today to arrange WiFi at our house. I was lucky enough to be helped by Jess. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with a great at helping me to choose which plan would suit us. Jess explained how to connect our new modem and everything we needed to know. Jess is a real asset to this business and a lovely young woman. While I was there I noticed all the staff were very nice and seemed to be helping people very efficiently.

A multitude of problems setting up a business plan, more than 9 hours of my time has been spent sorting it (in some cases 2 hours in store!).
Initially being sold a package that wasn’t even a thing, then having to pay an extra $100 per month than discussed, hotspots not set up multiple times even after coming in store, a whole phone number has been set up in row toy after 3 trips in and 2 phone calls… lost business, out of pocket and the rep today couldn’t even tell me who/how to complain.
Disgusting service with a minimum wait time of 25 mins to see anyone (even prior to increased Covid measures).
I am baffled that a company like Spark is proud to practice in this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy is absolutely rude and useless i was talking and he was looking somewhere else! He didnt know details of the item, the price, he was lazy as! There was a another woman and another short haired tall guy today and i was very unlucky to be served buy this lazy fellow. Totally a liability to the store!! Bloody useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly service but my god for the amount of time it took to change plans I expected that I would have no problems. not the case. So screwed up the whole thing and had to restart again two weeks later on the phone when everything was so confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that helpful. They seem to be hell bent on sales rather than service. After spending over $1,000 on a new phone (old one died) we were not offered any help in even moving sim card across let alone help in setting up. Then we found we had to purchase a charger! Other accessories were very expensive. Spark has gone down in our estimation.
