★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst standing in line I chatted with someone about how useless Westpac is. Then got spoken down to by one of the Asian staff. You have a choice is banks and a smart choice is not to use Westpac!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on a saturday hoping to withdrawal cash over the counter, i was told that was not able to happen as they had no cash in the safe. I then asked if it was possible to get a bank cheque, and was also told that was also not able to happen. Ended up driving to chartwell westpac where they were able to help me out. Seriously considering switching banks
