★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in my early 50's and have hereditary hearing loss, bad enough that I couldn't properly hear what my co workers were saying to me. When I went to Specsavers for an eye check up, I was offered a free hearing test. From there began my journey with Specsavers Audiology Botany- it has been a life changing , positive experience and I cannot thank Columbia from Specsavers Botany enough. I would encourage everyone with a hearing loss to visit a Specsavers Audiologist, regardless of your age, as you can leave it too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived to pick up my glasses which I got told would be there on the Thursday, they weren’t there and got approached by Emma who said ‘I don’t know why you’re here as your glasses haven’t arrived’. Then proceeded to tell me they called me and told me they weren’t there and I said I have not received one call from you and she said well we have. Just rude, shouldn’t be in customer service! Lauren on the other hand is lovely. Won’t be dealing with Emma again, she needs an attitude check!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location, the service and the pricing was second to none.
The hearing aids are sublime, they have made my life a lot easier in that I can now hear clearly what is going on around me. The TV programs are clearer and the noise in my workplace is not as concentrated ( a schoolbus) .
The Bluetooth works well, I can now make and receive phone calls very easily.
Thank you Specsavers particularly Columbia who is a credit to your company.

Had unfortunately broken my specs' arm and was in urgent need of having it fixed as i didnt have a alternate pair. Lauren was empathetic and knew what i meant about pounding headaches without my prescription glasses and offered to find me alternatives whilst my specs got repaired...she also made sure to call and communicate to me when my specs were ready to be picked up (2days later)
I Recommend the Botany branch :-) thankyou for making my experience pleasant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern equipment, specialized optometrists, very tidy, very formal, detailed measurements but... still I prefer to use my old glasses I bought $10 from a kiosk. They work better than the glasses specsavers made for and sold to me. So, I gave them quite a bit of money for nothing. I don't have the courage to go back there and tell them. I'm afraid of more waste of time, money and hassle.

Lens surface became cloudy , replaced few months ago, one more pair same problem customer service person said unable to replace as warranty expired
How come ??when one got a replacement.
Been a customer for over 10 years . Won’t be going there anymore , disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On February 10 this year, 2022, I attended my favourite Specsavers shop, in the Botany Town Centre. I wouldn't go anywhere else, because they are so efficient, friendly, professional and caring. On this occasion I could still see their happy smiles (via their eyes) as they managed my regular eye check. In particular I acknowledge both Ayah and Karen, for doing everything so well, without any effort to 'hurry me along', even though it was a very busy time for them. Happy, caring professionals are the ultimate team in any business. And so they were, on the day. Their follow-up is also first-class. Thanks team. I look forward to 'eyeing' you again soon. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Audiologist Columba Park is an absolute delight to deal with and really knows her stuff. My initial hearing appointments with Specsavers were over a year ago and I've recently returned for my first annual review.
A couple of years ago I had investigated a couple of well-known other audiology companies but was put off by the high prices and the up-selling. Specsavers is the opposite to that. Not only will you get the exact same hearing aid technology from the exact same European brands for ~45% cheaper, they also have a house-brand called "Advance" which is substantially cheaper again. And Advance is made by the same factories of the same European brands - identical quality.
Why pay $10,000/pair when you can pay a bit over $3,000/pair for the exact same technology? Though I do recommend you add the $500 rechargeable option. I also like how clear the Specsavers pricing is on their website, to me that's always a good sign.
I know some might be worried that audiology is new to Specsavers, but in fact, they are huge in Australia and UK, meaning they have massive buying power and know what they are doing.
