★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced. The lady asked me what shape I wanted and I said almond and she gave me these ugly square nails and refused to round them. She filed down my actual skin and cuticles and when I moved in pain she kept telling me to stay still lol. Other nail place in botany is better. My hand is swollen lmaooo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience. I came in at 9:50am for a manicure with gel and only stepped out at 11:40am. This should not have taken this long and I’m not happy with the look of my nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my pedicure and these are my feet right after pedicure. They even not removed dead skin and not scrubbed the feet and no moisturiser was used at the end. The worst service ever - they are not welcoming too like no smile/no hii. My pedicure was long for 80 minutes because they putted me on wait and started do other custmer pedicure and they done whole pedicure of them before me even they came after me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment but still ended up sitting in the waiting area for 25 mins for someone to start my nails.
The lady who did nails didn't seem to know how to apply the diamantes to nails, kept asking her colleague for advice, talking in their language.
The glue was applied very thick and visible and the diamantes started falling off the very next day. Very disappointing!
She also pulled my thumb cuticle too hard and it was bleeding alot.
It's so rude to be chit chatting and laughing with your colleagues in your language in front of clients as well.
Salon looks pretty inside but i do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crooked nails. not the shape I asked for. The lady removed my previous acrylics by just ripping them off which caused damage and really hurt. It was obvious this lady was in a rush as these are the ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten done. I’ve come here a lot and spent a lot of my money here as I was previously very happy with my nails but after this service I will not be returning. this is not worth the unreasonable price for such a poor job. The colour I asked for was also not the same.

Service is professional, staff always responsive and helps you in selecting colors or eyebrows extensions.love the website booking so easy now simply scan the baroda from their window.

Many improvements done on the shop. Recently I have seen the new website and it's so simple to book now with them ? one scan away they have shown the link of website for customers check the attached photo I've clicked.
Ladies are pretty good about how to assist the customers in choosing service or colours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the first time and the receptionist was super helpful. The lady who done my nails was very thorough and although kept stopping to help her colleague next to her , she still did a great job. I got acrylics and they look so pretty! Will definitely be back.
