She was able to give me same pair at a cheaper price if I needed to have to buy them!!
Claudia was able to fix the glasses without breaking them. I really appreciated that.

Today 6/12/2021 I was served by Zoya.
She was very professional and explained everything I needed to know.
Awesome service.
My previous visit was for a full eye exam and have my eye sight certified for renewal of my driver's licences. Optometrist Jo was awesome with the eye scans and tests.
Then another staff member helped me select new glasses frames from$299 range plus free pair. Very awesome service kind and considerate and the whole team are managing the covid19 requirements top class.
Top service,affordable glasses.
You will get what you ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non existent service. I was greeted at the door with “do you have an appointment or are you only here for a nosy” !!! I need some glasses but will find somewhere else. I can see that running a glasses store during Covid is challenging but there’s no point in taking it out on customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More training for their staff around fitting Eyewear needs to be done as it took four visits to fit my glasses where they weren't hurting my ears or blocking my nose from constantly falling down. Really nice service and helpful, not so good on fitting glasses.
