We were needing some replacement glasses ASAP. We looked at some options and waited for staff - not one staff member acknowledge us the whole time we were there. A woman walked in 5 mins later and a staff member spoke to her straight away and asked if she needed help. We went else where and spent our money.. Will never step in to another one of their shops here or Australia - 3rd strike. Very sad

I came in today 31/05/22 for an appt booked for 12.50pm. I was early so checked in at the counter to see if bookings were running to time- I gave my name and the staff member confirmed my appt time. When I returned I took a seat-30 mins later & I was STILL waiting.When asked another staff member said that I had been marked as a 'No show' although all of the staff were walking past me and no one communicated. I only came to the mall for an eye test so wasted my time, money & patience & the staff member took no Accountability what so ever. Zero Competence

Great service from all staff. It is a busy store and poping in to make an appointment might be the best option. My wife got 2 pair of really nice sunglass prescriptions for $376 with 1 pair being polarized from Shirley specsavers and I recently paid over $700 for my 1 pair from my optometrists of 30 years. Who's the silly fool then ? Me, but not any longer.

I went in to see if I could get new frames for my sunglasses since they got broken. Tyler was very nice and fixed my sunglasses which I wasn't sure if he could fix. Really happy with the customer service from Tyler :)

Tyler was so friendly and helpful. When you have great staff like him it makes your appointments so much better. I recommend The Spec Savers at the The Palms.

I had an excellent experience at Specsavers Shirley. Tyler went extra mile to help me. He was friendly, & professional. Definitely an awesome customer service was developed from him. Thanks Tyler! Your a star.

Sounds like Tyler is the person to schedule time with to get a reasonable level of service. I enquired about the current 299 deal and provided some details on what I was looking for to be told to look around with no guidance given. There are so many glasses team, please give people an idea of where to look at the very least. At least there is a pretty good range, so there’s that. I just don’t want to spend precious time figuring out what is within my price bracket. I found two of the same glasses with different prices on them and many glasses with pricing that did not reflect the signage where they sat This is honestly confusing and off putting for a customer who is not used to your store layout and doesn’t know where everything normally goes. When doing your displays, please imagine you are the customer walking in for the first time. I won’t be coming back personally.

I am highly disappointed how my customer experience went. First they couldn't give me a price due to the fact that I wanted to get real glass. I had to call them 4 times and chase them to get a price. That's honestly crazy, a customer want's to buy something and I had to follow up and try to make the deal. Are you not interested to sell something?. After talking to 4 different employees and always getting empty promises "We will contact you with a price tomorrow" "the employee who took your order is on annual leave, she will be back soon"- I finally got a price I was fine to get it done. 8 weeks after I walked into the store I am still without glasses. At least I got my refund. I would have no issue if it takes just long, but as a customer I had on-going to follow up, sorry, but this is not my job. Really disappointed.
