β β β β β Upper Hutt now has its own Specsavers. This one stop Optometrists will certainly provide real competition for locals without the need to visit other suburbs. My customer experience today was excellent. Two pair of new glasses and a case cheaper than I can by frames from other Upper Hutt Optometrists

β β β β β The staff are great, especially Karla who went over and above to help me. Amanda is also very helpful & friendly. They have a good selection of frames & have good deals & specials regularly - the service is far superior to the Lower Hutt & Porirua stores, both of which I have purchased glasses from in the past. I am happier to give my custom to a business in my own community especially when the service is as good as this.

β β β β β Finally got to visit and have a test at your amazing store!! Been with Specsavers for a while and can truly say that it is the BEST.
The staff are wonderful (shout out to Carla, Warren and Amanda!) and have already recommended the store to friends & family.
If you want amazing customer service, top quality products & an overall excellent experience every time you have your eyes tested.. head to their Upper Hutt store!
They also have a great range on glasses and Carla was super helpful when it came to choosing some new glasses, especially since I was looking to change up my style.
