My moko accidently tried to pick up a bird he knew I would like and they all fell off a stand they should not have been on its was a waterfall stand so they needed to own that. Instead said he damaged 100 dollars worth of stock and I had to pay for it. I didn't want to make a fuss and my moko did lift it and make it fall on the counter so paid straight away they gave me discount that was the only good thing but the merchandise was prob barely worth 50 anyway. I would like them to know that I saw 3 or 4 things I wanted to buy and while expensive I thort why not which was around 400 dollars so they missed out as I refused to buy anything even if I like it. Do not support this place. Other shops in Taupō absolutely wonderful service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has some amazing goodies! I wish they didn’t have all the crystals behind glass cabinets. But I guess they have to, to stop people taking them. I didn’t buy anything as the prices are quite up there. $7-$10 for some of the small gem stones. That’s waaaay to much.
