I have only ever had really good experiences here and exceptional customer service. Came in for a ring, which I love!! But also fixed my watch battery in lightning speed! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to look for a bracelet and they made me take my hat off to look at the jewellery also wanted to see my ID. Never had this problem at any other store. Made me feel very uncomfortable and also felt like they were judging on the way I looked. So I just left very disappointing not a way to make a sale
