★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doesn’t even deserve a star really, but couldn’t write anything until I clicked one....I have just come from the New Lynn Mall branch in Auckland New Zealand, and I have been told that I cannot have my money back in cash because I paid for it with my eftpos card. I no longer have that card and needed the money back urgently, which by the way was under 50 dollars, but I was refused, so I asked to speak to the manager and was refused once again. The worker, then rang the manager and I was told that it would be the same outcome, withholding my money from me. I am completely shocked by this, as I am a manager myself and am very familiar with the C.G.A and know my rights. It doesn’t state anywhere on the docket that how I pay is how I get the refund. The worker then refused to tell me the managers name but I’m the end I got the name. Very disappointed by this experience and really would like this looked into and would like my money returned ASAP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this shop last Friday late afternoon with one of my friend and my kids. I am a regular customer of this shop. The lady of the shop was very rude. I bought two bags that day, but her service was so bad. I am really disappointed ?

Sales people extremely pushy however the second you enter the store, and wont let you browse without constantly asking questions, even if you're in the middle of having a conversation with someone else. Bags are good though and so are prices, they have some great sales. Make sure you sign up for their store card if you are likely to visit this, or another branch again.

I'm their customer for life & rave about strand bags to my colleagues at work. Their manager Paul B, front line staff Harleen & Jo on phone. Excellent work 5 stars I wish I could give more stars
