★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to pass on to management that Anne has been doing my nails at the Salon for over 10 years I think. I have been going there since 2003. She is very friendly and does a great job and if I go in on a day when when she is off I will come back the next day. She does my nails how I like them, and makes sure that they are kept thin as requested. Very happy with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a gel manicure on 8/03/2022 and this salon does not live up to its name "luxury nails". I had an older lady as it seems 2 of the other ladies were having lunch and I left with the worst gel manicure I have ever recieved($45). I left with polish all over every single finger and under my nails, my cuticles were tender and bleeding from the trimming, nails were chipped from not being filed/shaped properly and the polish was bumpy and uneven (even after the top coat) Would not recommend even if it was free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely dissapointed in Luxury Nails. I have been going to them since they opened up, never again. Sent my 11 yr old with her older sister to get their nails done as a treat and they refused to do her because she didnt have a vaccine pass. They tried to explain that she wasn't old enough to have a pass but they kept pushing saying she needed a vaccine pass and the lady even said yes because her 11 year old cousin has a pass. This isnt even possible- my daughter has had 1 vax and cannot get a 2nd one until another 8 weeks!!
When I found out, I called the shop. Eventually they apologised and said they got it wrong and that they could go back to get their nails done. TOO LATE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. Came because I was given a gift voucher for my birthday ? was a good experience, I'm very happy with my nails and the service. The proof though will be how long they stay looking good though ☺️ But for now I'm happy with the service and the quality of work. Thanks ladies for a fun afternoon.
