★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service i have ever come across New Zealand.
The staff are very rude with customers.
It is funny that a big brand like Strandbags have the worst customer service executives.
I had a very good impression on Strandbags brand but the staff at St.lukes have changed my opinion.
I will never visit Strandbags again and will not RECOMMEND either to any of my friends or family members.

We bought all new luggage close to $1000 and 6 months later we got an email voucher.
The disappointment was it has to be used within 1 month or it expired.
Other loyality programs give you a year or more. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited strandbags st Luke’s with my two young daughters, I needed time to decide and make a purchase on a bag. The staff Dwayne & Elvis were very kind to my children and entertained them so I could quickly make a purchase. Excellent shopping experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for ladies handbags in reasonable price then the Standbags is the place. This is St Lukes mall Strandbags. The location is very good. The shop is near the entrance from the car parks. It is open and spacious shop so you don’t feel crammed while shopping. Here you can find good brands handbags and luggages. I like the products as well as the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly my experience yesterday was not professional. I've asked him if he has a new item at the back for that item and he immediately said no. I told him that there's a scratch on the bag and he immediately said it's just a pill-off sticker but it's obvious that it's a different scratch and not a pill-off one and even told me that they don't have other item besides that. I've roamed around the store and found exactly another one (without scratch). I've tested him if he has another color for me with the same model and immediately he said only those 3colors but then again, I've found another color (besides those he told me) on a different spot of the store. It is really disappointing that he don't care about his job. He should've at least "look" for it than saying immediately no.
