โ โ โ โ โ The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was just a bit cramped and the bags I wanted to view were a bit unaccessible due to boxes in the way and the height they are displayed at. There was a good selection which gave me options for a backpack for travel and there was no pressure selling so I may go back after I check the bag options at other retailers.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer services I felt like they were just having there own conversations and then I felt because I was under dressed they looked at me differently โฆ I eventually brought the bag I wanted though but was very very uncomfortable

โ โ โ โ โ Poor communication on click & collect service. Received email saying item ready to collect at carpark SB 341. Not a clue where that is. No further instructions given, not clear where to go and nobody was answering the phone. Drove around entire mall 3 times and asked about 6 people for help (Noel Leeming staff were the most unhelpful). Won't be buying at this store again - the stress was too much just for a handbag.

โ โ โ โ โ An excellent place to buy all types of bags. The shop is specially for ladies hand bags. They also have some travel trolley suitcases. You'll always find Good products on sale.

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude and lazy sales person. We asked if she can retrieve a receipt for us that was bought couple of months ago, and she declined us straight away. Very disappointed to the 1st. Sales person we asked. However on our 2nd. attempt, the other lady did it for us. Very satisfied to the 2nd. sales person we asked to. This 1 star is for the 1st. lazy one.

โ โ โ โ โ One star because I can't give 0. I've been shopping there for 8 years and i am very loyal customer. However the customer service lately has been terrible. Haleen a worker there refused to put an item on hold for 3 hours. She was also very rude on the phone.
