★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than the place or the food i loved the lady who served me. She was really pleasant. I have been to this place many times but never was served this way by anyone else. I think she might have joined recently. I walked in a morning a week back and they just opened the store for the day. She was prepping up but still received me with a lovely smile. A great customer service to be really appreciated of. At times small things does make a big difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went there to buy a subway for my teenage son on the way back from visiting some friends in the area. As usual you tell them what you want etc etc. On this occasion the staff member asked me what salads I want and I said everything except jalapeno, olives & dried tomatoes. She couldn't quite hear me when I said no dried tomatoes upon which she proceeded to take tomatoes off the sandwich and I told her no i meant dried tomatoes. One of the other staff member heard what was going on and said "Sun dried tomatoes" & I nodded my head. Anyway I paid and started walking out when I heard the staff member that was serving me making a mock of the situation to the other staff members. Usually I would have turned around and said something in response but I decided to ignore it as I was with my husband. What is happening with the standard of customer service these days or the lack of it? Unprofessional and I'm glad I'm not from area?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This subway branch is a bit bigger than the usual subways I have been to like Otahuhu and Airport. I would say it is more spacious and looks like it is maintained. Staff are okay and have not had any issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and inexperienced crew. Took ages to serve customers. Also had to keep repeating what I wanted on my subway. The habenero sauce was anything but hot. The decor could be improved. Don't think I will go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 large teriyaki chicken salad. The tomato, cucumber, onion was so thinly sliced its ridiculously funny!! I asked for more salad and was told it's the same amount of salad they put in a footlong roll! Even with the chicken added the food didn't touch the lid! If that's large, what's small look like?
Not recommended !!
