★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in at 1:30, Tuesday Of March 15th 2022 & have to say was served probably the most pathetic excuse for a sub since it’s inception. Total rip off, the density of the bread outweighed the singular pieces of salads inside. I’ve always had issues with this place but now they’re just taking the p1ss. Was served by some very unhappy sounding woman (not the lady with tattoos who righteously didn’t charge me for the extra bacon , like an anti hero) but someone cowering inside. Absolute joke, for now on it’s walk in only. Avoid the drive through if you can!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here are honestly such beautiful people with sensational service. Had the young guy tonight and the chick who was on yesterday and the day before (see what I mean I come here pretty much every day lol) and they’re always super polite and go out of their way to make everything to really high standards that make coming to this place in particular worth the drive no matter where in chch you at. Also the fact that it’s a drive thru is awesome in its self because its got the added benefit of not having to see other customers and pants being optional cos u don’t gotta leave your car. Never ever had a problem here, and im super pedantic about food, and I hope that the owners and managers recognise how LUCRATIVE it is for yous to have these kinda people on with awesome attitudes even though customers can be total clowns and hospitality is actually farking hard work. Im that chick who gets the double cheddar falafel wraps and ridiculous amounts of cookies lol so the staff who have made food for me I hope yous know how appreciated yous are :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is OK for a quick healthy bite to eat, but the is no bike rack to lock your bike up. Its good that they had a drive through for people on the go. I found it inconvenient how there is no bin by the outside seating area so I had to go back inside to put my rubbish in the bin. And also was dissapointed that the seafood option was removed from the menu and the staff that served me were very nice and friendly but in experienced but the bread was fresh and salad was crispy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely kind service. Food good. Clear indication of needing a pass and face masks upon entry. No massive wait. Inconvenient with one toilet out of order but they would go out and wipe surfaces down but may want to consider also wiping down the chairs and under tables surfaces where was visible other customers were touching. In all the air con was great for a hot day and staff were amazing. You guys are doing great, keep it up :)
