★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fries were over-cooked and rock solid, had a real not pleasant burnt taste and were covered in salt (like somebody had salted them 3 times by accident. I was to hungry to stop eating to return them so I just ate most of them anyway and tried to tap and brush off as much salt as possible. I went back around to get some replacement fries and they were very polite and replaced them, but the seconds batch were only slightly improved from first ones, they were over cooled and some rock hard ones and even more salt than the first batch. I poured them all out onto my sweatshirt and tried getting all the salt of and my sweatshirt was literally covered in salt..I love salt and over eat it, so for me to say this really says something. Whoever is on chip duties right now needs some training coz this is unacceptable. I was really looking forward to getting a meal here and it just wasn't enjoyable as it should have been. Also they need to fix order microphone/speaker everything you say echoes back at you really loud making it really hard to talk and think about this your order. I went back to get an ice-cream but the machine was broken so no mcflurry for my bank holiday treat desert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very terrible experience, drove through round 11pm on friday night waited at the first speaker no one served, moved to the next speaker as the note said to waited for 15 minutes while the person behind me was served. disgraceful and sad by the time i got to the window i told them that i was not served and they laughed and shut the window on me. Drove away with an expired offer and no food ?? very sad
