To whom it may concern, I would like to give a feedback about one of your Team member who works at Clendon Subway. His name is Keyur (K.P). Today I went to buy one of the deal's which I have received in my email for Free 6inch subway with any subway 6inch and drink. I went to store and showed him the deal. Firstly he said scan the barcode from my email to the scanner. when I was about to pay, he showed his frustrated face and said I need subway card as well and He refused to give me that deal. Well, who carries card these days and also I am sure of i have scanned the deal it should comes automatically on the POS system. I feel so offended in front of other customers. His behave was so rude, no smile on his face. I am not happy with the service. Especially about that guy, we live in clendon and we often go there for the meals but honestly whenever we saw him it feels like he don't like to work there. if there was a negative star option I would have given negative 10000 stars to that fellow.

Wouldn't take my subway card (why have a loyalty card if they don't allow it?) as a form of contactless even tho it's literally contactless. Made me call while I was already in the store to place an order and literally picked up the phone in the same room and took my order over phone as if we werent standing in the same room. Asked questions about the online ordering system so I could use my card and he just said "I don't know". Poor poor customer service , I would recommend getting in new employees that actually know how to work a store. Would give 0 stars if I could . Just got home to eat it and it tastes like mainly sauce and the wrap, can't taste any other filling because there's hardly anything in it !

The server was rude, none of the food was covered (which is a health and safety issue) the capsicum looked liked scraps. Id never dine here again.

Customer service is poor. Worker seems to be unhappy about her job or doesn't really want to do it. If so reluctant why not just quit?

Subway always a great place for a light meal. This is another good place. I normally buy 6 inches sub of day for 4.90 dollars today I decide to go 1 foot so I can have another half for dinner somehow buying one foot is more expensive which is at 10.6 dollars. I can’t understand the price setting? Standard marketing normally is buy more to get cheaper price deal but not in this case. Also noticed they take Uber eat order first priority than physical store customers so if u don’t like to wait to try here.

FOOD POISONING ALERT!!!!!!! I ordered the foot long 3 pepper chicken from this place and it wasn't until eating the 2nd half that I realized the chicken was BAD!!! subsequently I was up all night vomiting with the standard hot and cold sweats and body aches THANKS SUBWAY :) !!!!!!!!!!!!!

First thought and impression the worker gave me was frustration as soon as I told him what I would like to order. This is my first time ordering at subway. Which I stated him and he said "ok, what do you want" in the most rudest way. The man who served me was a short Indian man. I'm sorry if that offends anyone but that all I got because he was covering his name tag. I told him the two orders I would like and he grunted in annoyance and proceed to make my sandwich. He then asked me what I would want in my sandwich, as he put the ingredients on my sandwich every thing he picked up and put on my sandwich was so rough. A piece of chicken fell off and he placed in my sandwich. He then proceeded to wrap my sandwich in a messy paper wrapping with sauce all over it. My second order, he had more attitude. To state to everyone I was very nice, I told him I would like 2 sauces he roughly put the sauces back in to their slots and honest had the worst behaviour. Once he was finish with everything, he placed my order in to the subway bag and, I kid you not. Tossed the bag over the counter, honestly by then I was just outrageous. I kept my calm though. I'm not sure who the worker is, but I saw a similar complaint in the reviews and I think we're talking about the same people. Great food, just bad customer service. No smile, worst behaviour, very rough and not very Nice. Never coming back!

The Indian guy who works there is not making the place pleasent to customers. Who comes there to experience his attitude, frustrations or whatever. We as a customers do not want to experience all his negativity. I wonder how an store keeps on running when there is a worst possible customer service person. If you wondered where is it, it is inside the mini supermarket at Mobile Clendon.
