β β β β β Pretty good . Except one time I bought the vege delight with avo and ended up just getting avo on bread because I forgot to add the salads. The employee didn't even bother asking if I might've made a mistake . Yeh

Such a bad service, amount of food served was shocking.
$8.50 saland does not even have one scoop of cabbage?? I asked 3 times if this was the correct amount served. LOL
Saland with not even a scoop full of veges very what a suprise ?

β β β β β If i could make it zero stars i would. Was refused service because i didnβt have a mask. When i clarified that I had an exemption, staff member chuckled and asked what that was. If your staff are wearing masks, please ensure that they are wearing them correctly. A mask below your nose is ineffective. Also upskill your staff please & ensure that your cookies are covered as they were left uncovered the whole time I was in there (over 10mins). Do not recommend this branch at all.

β β β β β Would be 5 star except: First staff member was rude when I corrected her about my order.
Repeatedly she got the details wrong and got huffy when I let her know it wasn't right until I almost gave up and went elsewhere. As it was we left with our order partially incorrect but acceptable.
Eventually staff member number 2 noticed and hip checked her out of the way.
From there the experience got much better.
I know masks make communications harder in such loud environments but there is no excuse for bad manners.
Even with a mask on we can see the difference between a smile and glowering.

β β β β β Yesterday i did online order in which they put some unwanted stuff which I havenβt mentioned in order and i did some separation to eat . I donβt like olives and jalapeΓ±os but they put most amount of unwanted stuff. Another subway at great south road are too good but here I tried first time and makes me unhappy

β β β β β Bad customer service, no politeness. Food quality is unacceptable. Not interested in the subway anymore. Incapable staff and working like they are in the party at home. Food looks like animal food. Dry and not cut appropriately.
